Fukushima Webcam Update August 10, 2015

I'm still watching the cams, albeit with limited results.

TEPCO cams 1 and 4 are still accessible. Emissions have been heavy overall the last week, although they were less yesterday than today:

I cannot tell if the crane is folded in the screenshot below or whether there are two cranes:

Unfortunately, I've had lots of trouble with the TBS cam. Last week it worked for me but every time I pulled it up during day time hours the "fog" entirely obscured the view. I had hoped to get a daytime view because it looks at night as if new construction has occurred, which is not visible on either of the other cams (construction is in the foreground, "west" of the reactor buildings).

Now all I can get with the TBS cam is a green screen. I don't know if I need computer updates but the other cams are working.

Another odd event: A friend from Germany emailed me and said that she could not access one of my blog posts on the ocean contamination. The post she is looking for had 20 comments, which is unusual.

In the years I've been blogging, I've only had one other post censored:

http://majiasblog.blogspot.com/2012/09/compromised-oceans-mean-compromised.html

I'm not sure which post is now being censored because I cannot find it!

I do find it revealing that my posts about the ocean are found to be the most disruptive, the most worthy of censorship.
