Trouble Loading TEPCO cams

For the last week I've often been unable to load the TEPCO cams 1 and 4.

I am not sure if the problem is my Internet connection or the cams' feeds.

I can load the TBS and Futaba cams. TBS has been offline quite a bit. Today there is a message saying TBS is offline. The Futaba cam is up, displaying a near-full moon over the plant.

Today the radiation readings posted on Netc for the Fukushima Daiichi plant are pretty typical and are not elevated. However, the readings at Daiini are elevated. I've been checking Netc readings almost daily for Daiini for the last 2 or 3 weeks and haven't seen a reading above 500nSv/hr. Today, Daiini has a reading over 600nSv/hr:

I'm not sure whether the elevated reading is significant or not. I finally was able to get TEPCO cam 1 to load today. The emissions look strange again as they exhibit that strange condensation pattern we've seen occassionally before:

Not sure what is going on....
