That smoke certainly didn't come from a "control panel fire".
ReplyDeleteI think 5/6 went into china syndrome awhile back and they too emit steam/smoke from time to time.
Perhaps they lit off in sympathetic reaction from the #4 flare up a couple days ago - see my comments on your post from yesterday.
It's not ground fog as someone claims in the comments of Fuku Diary - because there are high clouds at the beginning of the video as the smoke takes over - which means it's too warm at ground level for fog
